Start in "actor neutral."

1) Skin tapping

Stop and appreciate

2) Loosen flesh and muscles (massage)

Stop and appreciate

3) Shake out bones (work foot, up to knee, whole leg, pelvis, spine undulation, rib cage, bounce shoulder blades, roll shoulders, hands, elbows, arms, throw arms, neck rolls)

Balance skull on spine

4) Yawn (up and down, sideways) and stretch to sides, up

5) Drop hands, elbows, shoulder, head, whole body (imagine tailbone is highest point and the rest of you is dangling from your tailbone, relax unnecessary muscles)

6) Roll up one vertebrae at a time (loosen stomach)

7) Close eyes, focus on breath, note your diaphragm, inhale and exhale (sigh of relief)

8) Keep eyes closed, notice your daily breathing, start exhaling on a ”huh” and “huh-huh” (high to low pitch)

9) Huh-mmm (high to low pitch)

10) Speak huh-muh

11) Blow through lips - lips mmmmuh, huh

12) Hum, roll the neck

13) Hum, roll over, roll back up (at top, bounce knees with open mouth)

14) Above, but at top open and bounce shoulders

15) Above, but at top open and jump whole body

16) Shake it out on a huh
