    Course Description and Assignments Overview

In this course, we will not only practice academic writing conventions, but explore practical strategies, rhetorical knowledge, and critical skills that you can utilize to inspire and enact change in your fields, communities, and beyond.

You will collaborate with a group for much of the semester. In life and work, collaboration is not only often necessary, but a rewarding, important step towards real, effective change.

      1. Final Assignment Due 5/25, 10AM! Submission portal under "Submit: Major Assignments."

      2. I have to submit final grades by May 27, 9AM. That leaves me with a limited window to accept and assess late work, so please, please make sure you are working to catch up on things you want me to grade.

      3. Please complete the Course Evaluation by May 31. It will be completely anonymous, and I'm the only one who will see it-- please feel free to be honest, share what you see as my strengths and weaknesses, and give me information that you think will help me be a better instructor. I know this semester was kind of a hot mess for many reasons, but I love hearing your feedback and getting the opportunity to learn and improve smile
