Watch these three TED talks about reimagining science class. Write a one page reflection to discuss what you learned about communicating science to students.

The Place to turn in the reflection is below:

For Feb. 11 - Reading the article about ungrading.
                        Reading part 1 of the "Big Ideas" text.

For Feb. 13 - Re-read chapter 3 of the "Big Ideas" text. Also read chapters 4 and 5.
                        (Learning to Care and Caring to Learn; Science as Disciplined Wonder;
                         Science learning within Family, Community, and Nature)

For Feb. 18, Read Chapters 6, 7, 8 in Big Science For Growing Minds

For Feb. 20 read Part III (Chapters 9, 10, 11) in "Big Science for Growing Minds".

On Tuesday, Feb 25, we will continue with chapters 10 and 11 since we focused on chapter 9 this week.

For Thursday, March 5, read Part 4 in "Big Science for Growing Minds". (Chapters 12-14).

This will allow us to synthesize the book information on Thursday.

For Tuesday March 10, I've posted and article on Moodle. It's the file called "Constructivist Connections Grennon Brooks. It's under the "Course Readings" tab.
