Within a few hours after each class I will upload a PDF containing slides that we went through that day. Each file will be saved with the chapter number and date on which we went through the slides in class. Each chapter will wind up having multiple separate files associated with it.

I recommend downloading each PDF and saving it somewhere so that you can easily access it to study from, and so you can reference it while working on self-graded homeworks, chapter wrap-up assignments, lab assignments, quizzes, and exams. I would save these PDFs for use in future courses as well.

This section will contain your actual exams - Exam 1, Exam 2, and the Final Exam. The dates and times that exams will be available are in the syllabus (see course calendar).

This section contains optional exercises that will allow you to practice concepts. Each exercise includes a key in the same document. Treat these exercises as homework assignments that you grade yourself. You do not receive credit for these exercises, but they will improve your understanding of concepts and thus your quiz and exam grades.

These exercises are designed to be a jumping off point for conversations you have with me during or outside of class time. I strongly urge you to work on these exercises and come to office hours regularly to ask questions about the answers, explanations, or concepts in general.

You may choose to complete these optional, extra credit assignments the week after the first two exams.
