1.    How does RNA Interference work?

3.    What are some natural sources of dsRNA?

4.   What may be a source of dsRNA that has not been considered/discovered yet?

5.    Pick one of the diseases listed here and explain how targeted synthetic RNAi therapy could be used to treat this disease: macular degeneration, hepatitis, AIDS, Huntington disease and Cancer.
