Write a 500 - 750 word summary of the documentary. Be sure to include the challenges of eating local that the narrators discover at the beginning of their project and how they evolve over the course of the film. How does eating seasonally overlap with eating locally? What are some of the hardest ingredients to find locally? How do you personally feel about the changes in our agricultural system and disconnect to farmers.
