An Educational philosophy is a personal statement about what you believe about education-related issues. For a teacher, it is a personal statement about one’s guiding principles. It answers questions such as:
- What qualities do good teachers have?
- What is the role of the teacher?
- What is the role of a student?
- What should students learn in school?
- What is the best way to access student learning?
- What is the purpose of school?
