Journal #3

Completion requirements
Opened: Thursday, 31 March 2022, 12:00 AM
Due: Wednesday, 13 April 2022, 11:59 PM

In this journal, you will research on and write about COVID policy and the impact on older population. You will pick one country (other than America) or one state (other than your home state or Alabama) or one city (other than your hometown or any city in Alabama). And you will research on the COVID related policy (2-3) in this place, such as mask mandate, vaccine eligibility, nursing home visitation, senior shopping hours in grocery stores, stimulus check, social security benefit, retirement age, etc. Although any COVID related policies can have an impact on older adults, be mindful about your choices as you want to make the strongest connection to elderly.  The policies you research on can be a new rule (eg. vaccine), or a change of existed rule (eg. no visitation to nursing home residents). Your research should NOT rely on your personal observation, but solely  from credible sources, such as academic research, government documents, local or national news outlets, non-profit's websites, community research report, etc. And you should extend your discussion on how these COVID related policies influence the older adults' health, wellbeing and life now and in the future in this community.

Your writing should be at least 500 words, double-spaced, 12 point font. You are expected to cite resources using ASA style.
