Where does the legitimacy of the Supreme Court and the decisions it makes come from? Is it the people? The Constitution? Something else? Does it matter whether or not the Court is viewed as legitimate by the people and that the people respect it?

Remember, these assignments should be between 250 and 500 words. It is recommended you complete this after finishing the reading but before viewing the lecture. Type your response to the preparation activity and save as either a word document or pdf file. It is due on June 25th by 11:59pm.
