This week, you were introduced to the Detailed Action Plan  and Conclusion sections of your PDLSP project. Here is what you should include in this section: 

• Detailed Action Plan :
  • Two specific and detailed tactics you will incorporate into your leadership behaviors, as well as how and when you plan to practice these, to help support your vision and mission.  
  • Identify who you will include as mentors, accountability persons, or other networks that can help you in implementing your strategic plan. How will you remain engaged with them and what do you specifically want them to help you with? 
  • Explain how you will use two digital tools to help you implement your strategic plan and achieve your goals. 
  • If you plan to complete the Leadership Studies Distinction, how you will do so.
• Conclusion:
  • The greatest lessons you’ve learned about your leadership and how you will apply them to your personal and leadership development?
  • Any advice you may have for next semester’s LS 200 class.
  • Closing remarks
