Kate LeCroy, PhD, Post-doctoral Associate at Cornell University. Saving the Bees; how studies using mason bees help us understand what is driving their decline.
Write a one-two page essay relating it to the following themes from this class:
1. Biological content--what are some biological terms/concepts that were discussed? What classes did you take at BSC that incorporated these terms/concepts?
2. Scientific communication--what were some strategies that Dr. LeCroy used to make her topic more approachable to students across campus? what were some strategies that she used to make her presentation more interesting?
