Attached is some code with a csv file I used - this came from a previous lecture. Please use this code, or your own, and complete the following: 

1. Add x-axis and y-axis labels

2. Rotate the x-axis tick marks to 45 degrees so they are more readable

3. Add a plot title

4. Add a note about the max magnitude line and include what the max magnitude is
