Servant Leadership Self-Assessment Questionnaire
The purpose of this learning activity is to provide you with insights regarding your own servant leadership behavior in which you exhibit the most. Download and complete the Servant Leadership Self-Assessment Questionnaire.
Before completing the assessment, read the instructions on the first tab, and then be sure to review your auto-generated results on the third tab. As you complete this questionnaire, be sure to be honest with yourself... this is not about what you think you "should" answer, instead it will be most beneficial to you if you indicate how you actually respond in the given situations.
- Once you completed the questionnaire, review your results and summary on the third (3rd) tab of the questionnaire spreadsheet.
- Along with an upload of your results, upload a 2-paragraph response to your results received, detailing your initial thoughts, whether or not you agree with the results, and how you will use these findings to further develop the other servant leadership behaviors.
This learning activity is an "all or nothing" assignment. Provided you upload a document that aligns with the expectations you will receive full credit. If you do not upload a response prior to the due date you will not earn any of the associated credit.
This Servant Leadership Questionnaire is a modified version of the SLQ first produced by Liden et al., (2008).
