Hello! My name is Alex Dawson, but I go by Slade. I am a sophomore, and a health science major and would like to go in to physical therapy and hope to have my own clinic. I am from Bessemer, Alabama, and I play on the men's golf team. I would like to learn how a disease can be passed down in a family, and why sometimes it skips a generation. An interesting fact about me is i have a heart condition called Aortic Stenosis. This is a condition in which my hearts aorta valve is just smaller than the average aorta valve. If money and time were not a factor, I would like to go to Spain because that's where my family is from, and would like to see where they lived ,and how different it was from how we live now.
