My name is Max Sager and I am a Sophmore health science major. I am from Baton Rouge, LA and went to Runnels High School. I am on the Men's soccer team here at BSC. My future plans include going to grad school after college and hopefully becoming a Physical Therapist. This January I was able to shadow a Physical Therapist and it just solidified that that was exactly what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. I'm not quite sure where I want to go for grad school but I have plenty of time to figure that out. I want to learn more about just genetics in general because I really don't know a lot about the field at all. However, something that interests me is the development of cancer. A neat fact about myself is that when I was little, I went to a fair and I fell off of a roller coaster and lived to tell about it. They forgot to put the safety bar down and I flew out when a loop came. If I could vacation anywhere in the world, I would go to England to watch professional soccer and see all of the sights. I love British culture and I follow soccer very closely over there. I have never seen my favorite team, Chelsea, play in person and that would be an amazing experience. I think if I had the chance to study abroad over there I would say yes in an instant!!!

Hey Max! I am also a sophomore health science major! What made you want to go into the field of Physical Therapy. Is there a specific type of physical therapy you want to do? If you have any tips on shadowing what would you recommend? Also, I have never fallen off a ride at a carnival or fair, so its crazy to think that you fell off a roller and lived! I think that your vacation is a great idea, and what made you interested in the British culture? Do you like to watch or play any sports other than soccer like football or anything?
