Caitlin you did a fantastic job researching the various components that contribute to why AMA is something societies struggle with today, and the medicine surrounds the issue as well. I very much agree with your opinion about the matter. It has become a norm in society for women to focus on establishing their professional career before starting a family. I hope to start a family during my healthiest child- bearing years, but I am willing to wait until I have the means to support my family, much like what you have said. If I am not able to conceive my own child due to the risks of AMA, I am willing to investigate adoption. I have a little sister who’s adopted, and she fits in perfectly with the family. Based on our personalities you would have no idea she was adopted!
