I find the part about the women who believed she was from Indian descent but is actually from African descent intriguing. That would be quite the shock to find out after growing up being told your heritage is one thing and it is actually a completely different heritage. I also did not look as in depth into the security measures of the companies as you did, and what you found almost guarantees I won't do genetic testing. I am already suspicious of social media and the way "random" adds pop up directly after talking about a product, so knowing that my genetic information could be sold to other companies for marketing and other purposes is a BIG no from me.
