Hey Palmer! I have the same cravings you do and means my dad share that as well. I also try to stay very active that way my body feels good. I hate it when I'm not doing anything and just being lazy and eating cause I usually eat a lot when I do. Also, I think that it is a good idea that you will just look at what you drink or eat and not have any real fears of what it can do in the future. Also, does your mom usually quit sweets when she goes on a diet or does she find a way to make a healthy sweet that she can eat and still be on her diet? I think it is very cool when people talk about how much they are alike with their parents cause it just shows how genetics can work in weird ways with us inheriting our parents gut microbiome.
