Hey MacKenzie , I completely agree with the fact that everything we put into our bodies has a good or bad consequence. I also agree that sodas are not good for the body. You don't need all excess sugars in your bodies. I like how you said your folks cook everyday opposed to eating out everyday. I'm one of those individuals that don't like water sometimes. If I drink water , I have to just finished working out or doing sometime strenuous. Sometimes I honestly crave water. I love juice. When my mom goes to the store she always buys like six things of juice, a case of water and a couple gallons of tea. I totally agree with the fact that pregnant women have to be careful of what they take in their bodies because it can have some affect on the fetus short term and long term.
