I prefer salty snacks over sweet snacks. I love bread over sugar any day. I like both potato chips and French fries. My family has many food addictions/behaviors. I grew up with a family who loves sweet and salty foods. My family loves soul food such as fried chicken, macaroni and cheese, collard greens, and black eyed peas. My family love to consume pork skins and potato chips for salty snacks. For sweet snacks, they love peanut M&Ms. My mom loves salty snacks and food. She has potato chips addiction. she was diagnosed with high blood pressure about 2 years ago.
With eating salty and sweet snacks , you have to eat everything moderation and you have to be mindful of how much of something you eat and what to eat. If her potato chip addiction was learned by epigenetic tagging, in the future I don't have to the same addictions, as long as I eat in moderation and be mindful of what to eat. I do want two children in my future. Also, in my future I don't want my kids or husband to have to worry about food addictions. I also don't want them to worry about my current or past food addictions. I feel like people turn to certain foods because of stressful situations.
I think my beverage choices hasn't always been the best, but I feel as if drinking now at my age now with later affect my my offspring , because it can lead to behavioral issues, addictions, so forth. I do want kids with a passion, its something I always looked forward too.
