Hi Max! Thank you for bringing up the experiments done by Mengele in the concentration camps, I remember talking about those experiments in History class and thinking about how horrible they were. While the new genetic testing experiments were maybe less harmful and painful, I do agree that we do not know the outcomes. I agree with you in that these experiments put a bad taste in peoples mouth, I think it is because we think about all of the unethical experimentings that has happened and we have a certain distrust with scientists. I wonder if we should make a more strict set of eugenic codes in order to prevent more unethical testing being done in the future?
