During Jan term, I had the opportunity to shadow a sports medicine doctor and I saw a lot of patients with arthritis. To help with that he would give steroids, which act as an anti- inflammatory and that helped patients drastically with their chronic pain. I agree that yoga is an awesome way to help with chronic pain. I know you’re an athlete, so do you practice tai chi or yoga for injury prevention? I’ve started yoga and I love it.
