This is a pretty cool thought to have because everyone has a dream about traveling the world and visiting places they’ve always wanted to visit. If I had to have a job, I think I would be like a physical therapist for different sports teams for a week wherever I go. I think it would be cool to get experience with so many different sports than we do in the United States. Also, it would be a great way to meet more people in my travels. My top ten places I would go would be Ireland, Spain, Scotland, England, Hawaii, Dubai, Australia, Japan, Brazil, and South Africa. All these places have been on my list for a while; some reasons include playing golf; others are like food and cultures I would love to try. Also, to go to places that not everywhere has like Australia and go to the outback and even go the Steve Irwin’s zoo in Australia. I think this experiment would change my outlook on how to treat every day. What I mean by that is to treat every day like its adventure and take nothing for granted. Also, to always appreciate the little things, I feel like I would have a greater appreciation for different cultures. I would like this experiment just because of how spontaneous ad fun it can be. I love the idea of living in a different place every week. I feel like it would be stressful, but at the end of every day, I would love it because of the experiences you get to have.
Hey Slade! Wow thats incredible that you want to work with different sports teams. Imagine all the places you could go to! You could work for football, volleyball, soccer, tennis, and golf teams. You could see so many cool teams play! I also think it's awesome that you want to help others while traveling. I love and respect that you said to always appreciate the little things and treat every day like its adventure while taking nothing for granted. I think we all need to live that way. It's funny that we both have the same ideas when it comes to this forum. We both would want to do traveling Physical Therapy and have a few of the same places on our top 10. If this was real we could just go together! I think this would be a life-changing experience but I believe everyone should travel in their life to really experience different people and cultures. Hey Slade! I miss you so much and I loved reading your forum! I love your idea of being a physcial therapist for different sports teams... that would be incredible. Over Jan term, I met a Sports Medicine doctor who did something very similar. It is my dream to experience all sorts of different cultures, so I would spend my days in each new location like how you described. I do not play golf, but I would love to play soccer or beach volleyball with the locals. Also seeing the outback would be incredible, and it is something I have dreamed of seeing. I would also love to get my scuba diving license and see the Great Barrier Reef!
