I found it interesting talks about the sensuous plane and how it is understood as the pleasure of music itself. Often times I find myself listening to music just for the pleasure and the sound in general. I also found it interesting how the article talked about how simple minded people will never be satisfied with not having a meaning in a song. I also find myself to be this way and often catch myself thinking about a song lyric after I heard it and wonder what the meaning behind that lyric was for. I believe music can have a expressive power and and that all music has a meaning behind it.
