I posted as a file under topic 2 a chart reflecting the recent changes (The Care Act) to the Net Operating Loss (NOL) rules for C Corporations - that is not reflected in our textbook as it is so recent (March, 2020). Note that these provisions - the waiving of the 80% limitation and the restatement of the carryback provisions (in addition to the carryfoward provisions) are temporary. We will go over this next class (session 3) as this was the one item that we did not finishing today in session 2.
