Hey Rachel! I was also interested in how there is that large time gap. You also talked about how the translations over time cause us to be removed from the text. That time gap could cause drastically different interpretations of the text from when it was initially written and when we have the oldest manuscript. Did other people translate it for our manuscript that we have today and if so how did that impact the version we are reading of it.
