In this third video, we can see a lot of subjects that relate to modern events today. One if the topics that they touched on in the video was crime photos: photographers then used photos as evidence. That instantly made me think of photos/videos used today as evidence against police brutality. To follow that thread, photos of police brutality then and now are not so different. Only the type of force is different.
I feel that photographs continue to be one of the best firms of evidence in the world, because as mentioned in the video, they really do capture the emotion in the moment. Videos may show everything in action, but as the saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words.
