This piece by Lary Fink was a very interesting read. I enjoyed learning about his different compositions and how to work with feelings and meanings. Personally I enjoyed page 36, "Telling lies", it gave my friends and me a good laugh. Fink brings up good points about how photographs can lie to us and make a joke that will last forever. I also enjoyed page 58, "Looking for Yourself Within the Subject." Finks's view on empathy is very interesting, "empathy cuts past judgment." It's much easier to empathize with a subject than judge it and make it a competition, which I fully agree with. Overall, this book was a very interesting read!
