First of all, get a good start on The Yiddish Policemen's Union. I'm going to try to cover through p. 95.
Read as much as you can.
Also, Alexander Lathem and Garrett Foley are due for a report on an article. If you can, do your presentation tomorrow.
On the schedule for Wednesday, October 28th are Jackson Cole, Tucker Carden, Kendall Smith, and Alexandria Seirafi.
The last date on the syllabus for reports on articles is Monday, November 9th. After the 9th, there are only three more class meetings. I could add a date, like November 2nd or November 16. However, you have your last short paper due on November 4th, and (believe it or not) the last day of class is November 18.
So read a lot and plan when you will present your reports on articles.
I hope to have suggested paper topics for the last short paper to hand out to you Monday, the 26th. If I can compose them earlier, I'll send them to you on Moodle News Forum/email.
