While reading the text, I learned about yarn bombing as a whole. Before reading the text, I never knew this existed and its actual popularity around the world. One thing I found interesting is how the items that they tag can be as simple as a doorknob or as complex as a statue. As well as the outlook that the knit or crochet can give off to the people that view it. Something I had trouble with was figuring out the names of the people that do the art. For example, PolyCotN and AKrylic. I kind of picked up that the names are materials for the knitting or crocheting but why are some of the letters uppercased in the middle of the word. But know after having some knowledge of yarn bombing, I will be more aware of my surroundings when visiting different locations. As well as understanding the skill it takes to complete the art through the learning of the course.
