The idea that appealed to me most out of all the articles was that knitting brings people from so many different backgrounds, age groups, and different genders together for a common cause. It has been used in protests and for illness/ disease awareness. So many different causes and there are so many people that are willing to help and use their skills around the world for one single purpose. I thought it might be a challenge to find people who love to knit and supported the same cause but these articles have shown that it can be done, and people from everywhere will try to connect through knitting. Nothing from the reading was confusing I just really like the idea of people from all different walks of life can be connected through craftivism.
