As we have been reading articles all week about a passive way to portray the message. I see how when one has this perception that a movement has a lot of effort thrown into it, as well as the meaning behind it people will express themselves in many ways. In an effort to gather more support and or understanding to the cause they are trying to support. Especially in today’s society we see a lot of violence. Which many seem to not agree with violence. So as knitting is an alternative, that brings to light the issues pertaining to the movement. As well as it is noticed by people who understand the time and dedication that knitting takes. As I have a new found understanding of craftavism as well an understanding of the effort put into knitting.
