I found the article about the "Raging Grannies" to be ironic. For starters Grannies are what people tend to think of when they think of knitting, yet the article says that "age really is no boundary when it comes for taking a stand." These women and the others referenced in the article are what comes to mind when I think of Craftivism.
I found the temperature scarves article to remind me of the same method of activism as the Black Lives Matter protestors that we read about had in some ways. I imagine if you are wearing a scarf and someone asks about it or compliments it, that is a good segway into talking about climate change.
