1. Individual and Societal factors that have influenced entrepreneurship through history look different for the two in their ways of who they are effecting. Throughout history, individuals have shown to be chasing the ultimate monopoly, more money, and to be produce the highest quality product in their field of expertise. Societal, on the other hand, is looking more for the highest quality product, but they are providing that product/service for the good of the community and not for the money.

2. In my personal pursuit of an entrepreneurial opportunity today, I would lean back on experiences of being a leader on the football field and how that prepares you for life. I would also use the skills I have learned and seen from my father in how he runs his company and treats his employees from the experiences I have had working for him and lessons he has taught me. In a societal entrepreneurial opportunity, I would research and discover where I could help my community the most. After finding where that would be, I would create my company to improve that situation as best as I could with the best resources and materials available.
