1. Individual factors and Societal Factors have greatly pushed the success of entrepreneurship today. Some Individual factors include people from all different backgrounds accumulating ideas together by taking risk. These entrepreneurs have seen opportunities for innovation and attacked it. We have seen innovation from the first car created but through studies and time we have now innovated toward cars that drive themselves or even the innovation of the telephone and phone cases that can charge the battery. Societal factors have included the change in taste of consumers and the adaptability to new cultures and fashions in different areas. Throughout history we have seen more entrepreneurs adapt to new fashions and trends and what is popular in that given time frame.
2. I would reflect on my time in the Military when looking at entrepreneurship. The Military is always changing with new weapon systems, new vehicles and new technology that allows for us to keep up with the surrounding countries. It also affects me through societal because we have to adapt to many cultures and the way we do things because we want to be respected and come in peace, we have to learn to live amongst people way different than us. Not to mention whichever region we are in our uniforms are meant to blend in so all of these entrepreneurs and private contractors are set out to find new ways we can do things at a faster rate with efficiency and effectiveness. My pursuit would be to recognize a way in which i could train on the civilian side and teach people the skills and techniques from weapons training, survival skills, first aid and self defense. I see the need for this idea with everything going in the world from foreign threats to unrest in the streets and this would give people something to lean on. However, this would change with time because there is also some people that do not believe in taking up arms so i could find an additional way that i could teach them to protect themselves.
