1.) As a Junior in Business Marketing, many of my courses and involvement in the Stump entrepreneurship program have highlighted the importance of entrepreneurial thought. A six-week social media campaign done in Marketing taught the significance of identifying target audience and business opportunities to increase organizational growth and reach. Lectures from business owning alumni and professors have also brought my attention to the importance of risk taking.

2.) If entrepreneurs were only evaluated at one phase of the entrepreneurial process than there are certain gaps left to the method or systemic way of approaching the entrepreneurial process although each phase is dependent upon another. This could cause them to fail to begin with the end in mind, neglecting opportunities in growth, or create a disorganized planning system.

3.) After almost three years of education at Birmingham Southern, I am still quite unsure on a certain future plan, although I know I highly enjoy the process of marketing and the entrepreneurial process. For now, my plan is to 1.) Obtain an internship prior to graduation 2.) Acquire a degree from Birmingham Southern in Business Marking and Minor in English Writing 3.) Attend graduate school and secure a Master of Business Administration degree. 4.) Hopefully begin my own business start-up or be involved in the process of a startup business. For obtaining an internship I believe the broad personality trait of extraversion is necessary. Specific personality traits of self-efficiency and need for achievement are important to maintain motivation and work ethic to finish the tasks for acquiring the degrees and risk taking is crucial to the beginning phases of a business/ startup.
