1. During this past Janterm I took a class called "The Fringe Benefits of Failure". We spent the month watching TED talks on entrepreneurship. As you can tell from the title, the main point of the class was failure in the field of entrepreneurship. This was a very important lesson to learn because success in this field is never going to be perfect or easy.

2. a. As i mentioned in the last answer entrepreneurship is not without failure. If you attempt to evaluate an entrepreneur at only one stage, you might only see the failures on the way to success.

b. Also, if you only evaluate one stage you are not seeing the effort and work that is going into the entire process. 

3. As a senior accounting major, over the next five years I will 1. Find an internship with a public accounting firm; 2. study for the CPA exam; 3. take the CPA exam; 4. Find an accounting firm to work full time for.

Personality traits: 1. Determination, for studying for the CPA exam. 2. Focus, working long hours and studying at the same time. 3. Mental stability.
