1. As an Urban Environmental Studies Major, many of my classes center around environmental problems and the thresholds that stop us from completing projects. One problem is the business mindset of always needing to exploit opportunities for economic gain. I have been encouraged to understand how the entrepreneur thinks (what's their main focus?) and how can I implement environmentally conscious decisions that are marketable to industries and investors? This way I don't attack the problem as an 'environmentalist', but as a concerned citizen who has a great idea that addresses multiple problems.

2. Entrepreneurs are required to think in different ways during different stages within the process perspective. If one is only evaluated for one stage of the process, they may not be able to carry through with all the actions needed to be successful. Errors that could happen are development of a poor hiring system, or poor integrity when it comes to delegation of authority throughout the workforce.

3. I am a senior who aims to have multiple sources of income in which I enjoy the jobs I work. These jobs could be working for  a conservation, wood working, growing and selling vegetables at a farmers market. First phase is graduation, Second phase is landing a decent paying job that offers opportunities of growth and connections, Third is saving up money while also being able to pay the bills on time, Fourth phase is finding a plot of land (1-5 acres) to build a small homestead for alternate sources of money and happiness. Three personality traits I will need are to be driven, resilient, and adaptive. I will need the drive to attack opportunities when they are offered to me; this will show I am willing to take on challenges with my colleagues. I also need to understand that not everything will be easy, and a tough skin will aid in pushing through set backs. Lastly, I need to keep my mind open. There will be opportunities for growth and improvement in the oddest places, so I ought to not limit myself.
