1. In the sciences, we are always encouraged to think creatively to come up with new ways of doing things. We are also constantly required to critically think and problem solve. For example, we are often given a problem in the laboratory and are required to create an experiment that effectively addresses the problem at hand.
2. One issue that would arise in the process perspective evaluation is a person having good qualities for one phase and having poor qualities for other phases. Another issue for the process evaluation could be the fact that things do not typically go as planned in the real world. It is not so easy to say that some qualities are required during one phase and not for another when these phases are not so clearly defined in the real world.
3. As a senior planning on becoming a doctor, the upcoming phases of my life will include: (1) Graduating with a good GPA, (2) studying for the MCAT, (3) attending medical school, (4) Getting a job in the medical field
