From my understanding of this article Christianity brought harm to our society and nature. And I am in full support in bringing a new idea or philosophy that would be beneficial to humans and nature. However, It seems like we may be on the track for Christianity to dissipate. Generation Z is the most secular generation, and only 1/3 of all Zoomers are secular in the United States. And coming from the 2020 Election, 21% of all voters in the US were secular, that is 5% higher from the 2016 election, because of Generation Z being able to vote.
This also supports why I am not Christian and instead a humanist. Because we humans have a role when it comes to nature. If we don't take care of our planet, we are only asking for natural disasters to happen. Just like what is happening now, I had 3 hurricanes hit my hometown in the Fall Semester last year. All I can say is for us to have a good relationship between nature and humans, is we need a better system to go by that isn't religious.
