1. It seems as if our market has a very distinct plethora of competitors. There are smaller competitors such as Chargepoint, Blink Charging and EVBox charging stations. However these competitors do not offer as effective as a product as ours. The large and only comparable competitor is Tesla with their Supercharger, but that is very limited in its locations.
2. I believe that our idea and solution is something that is not being currently done at an effective level. We are trying to implement chargers with the same capability as the Tesla Superchargers, so it distinguishes us from the first three competitors. Then, our idea separates us from Tesla in the fact that we are trying to make our chargers available in more areas and more accessible for home use.
3. The distinct problem that we are focusing on is the lack of these chargers for people to use more regularly. People are not able to charge their electric cars with the powerful chargers at many locations around the state.
4. Our proposed solution is a product. We are focusing on this one product for the best results.
5. Our product has a couple of components. First we need to get a charger capable of harnessing the energy required to charge these cars. The next component is the actual handle/plug part that goes into the car. We also need to be able to produce these products on a large scale.
6. One question that I have is if we have the ability to market this product to various customer types. Another question I have is if there is a possibility that Tesla starts to implement their Superchargers on a larger scale.
