The main competitor in my market is Hudl followed by Coach’s Eye, Vidswap, and V1 Sports. I would be differentiating myself by providing a different point of view for filming. None of these companies provide a first-person point of view. I would be providing sport specific POV cameras along with a platform to view the film. The cameras would be novel, but the platform would not. If I had to, I could just focus on selling the cameras as they could be used on existing platforms. The application of existing camera technology in this new field is what uniquely solves the issue at hand. This analysis has caused me to question whether it would be better to just sell the cameras or provide the platform as well.
