1. We have figured that our main competitors are Honey, places like Doordash, groupon, etc.

2. We think that we can differentiate by giving more organization, and giving businesses incentives to offer discounts to college students. We think that there is an untapped potential in college students and also gives smaller businesses more exposure to grow.

3. The problem we are going to explore is how to make discounts more available to college students in a more condensed environment (such as an app) to be able to navigate the deals easier and more efficiently.

4. Our proposed solution is both a service and a product. We are going to focus more on the service side though with small focus on product.

5.  We want to have an easier way to make discounts seen and for newer businesses to pop up for college students.

6. How many people will actually use this on a regular basis? How do we get big enough to create confidence from businesses in the area?
