Sorry for the late response. I didn't realize some students were responding to their old posts with updated synopses.

I still have problems with this synopsis, but go ahead and start writing page. I'll look at the treatment as well, as that might help clear things up for me. But the synopsis should be crystal clear to anybody that reads it.

In Act 1, when BenjaMan witnesses the boy getting kidnapped, what does he actually do about it? What happens to the parents?
PP1 does not feel like the start of a hero’s journey. If accepting a dinner date is significant because Matt is trying to live real life instead of in his imagination, then provide more setup that Matt wants to be alone, and give us a sense of what this disruption might mean.

Likewise, the MP does not feel like a major turn. It just seems like the continuation of Act 2.

What else happens in Act 2, before PP2?

I still don’t understand the ending. Lay it out more clearly. Is the “tall, handsome superhero” the same person as BenjaMan?

What emotion is the audience supposed to feel?
