This can be a great short film. However, you did not include your character homework.
For the structure, what you have written doesn't give me a sense of how it will end. I know from talking in the workshop how it will go, but you need to get in the practice of actually writing it out so a reader will understand the ending and how the audience is supposed to feel when it's over.

got it. I'll give you partial credit for completing the character bio. Interesting details in there. Could make for a good feature-length screenplay as well.
