The thing that stuck out to me the most during this assignment was how Lily Grace carried herself and lived her life. Lily was always so joyful and happy despite her disability. Watching the video on Lily Grace really brought me joy to see that she was not going to be defeated by her disability. While watching the video I was constantly reminded about what we talked about in class that we should not look at these people for their disability. Their disability does not define them they are human beings like you and me. Seeing Lily Grace carry herself the way I do despite her disability really opened my eyes that I take what I was blessed with for granted sometimes. Lily Grace really inspired me.
