Understanding is the way to be more inclusive. How might you go about this? BE specific in your thoughts. What might you do to include others? It takes action; understanding, yes! Also action. We must reach out to those we do not understand. Why don't we naturally do this? I believe that we are afraid. We are drawn to those who make our lives easier---those who act like us, dress like us, speak like us. BUT what is there to learn?
