I really like how you both connected this topic to climate change and talked about the positive and negative effects of wind energy!

I knew that wind turbine farms could be beneficial to our environment, and I liked how you guys connected it to different current problems. I also really liked how you went into depth about the importance of plants to our environment, and it made the topic more interesting.

I didn't think wind turbines could make such a difference in our environment when it comes to climate change which is definitely a hot topic in the media right now. I think they should be used because they are a great alternative to fossil fuels and can be used at such large scales all over the globe. Even after learning about the negatives of wind energy, I think the positive effects outweigh the negatives, especially since it is such a clean way of generating electricity without contributing to pollution or global warming.

I understand the want and need for a more sturdy reliable source of energy for our heavily populated country. I do wish that more time and money was put towards finding cleaner, alternate sources of energy (such as wind turbines) in order to keep our planet healthy/healthier. A sturdy, reliable source of energy will be the last thing on our minds when our planet is completely ruined. There is no backtracking from the detrimental effects.

I never knew wind turbines had negative aspects. I think wind turbine pros definitely outweigh the cons.

This was great presentation! I enjoyed getting to learn about both viewpoints on using wind turbines as renewable energy. I seem to agree with most everyone else that wind turbines would certainly be very beneficial in providing an alternative to fossil fuels despite some negative consequences.

I found it interesting that wind turbines could have negative aspects, seeing as they are always marketed as an opportunity for cleaner energy. Learning about how it connects to climate change and how wind energy is one of the more reliable sources of clean energy was also fascinating.
