I have heard about ocean acidification but did not really know what it was. I think this could be as concerning as global warming since it is not commonly known or publicized.

if ocean acidification continues to worsen, I am curious to see the effects on the food chain. Leaving small gaps within it will have to force the environment to alter. I wonder if it could lead to an underpopulation or overpopulation within any of the ocean creatures.

I did not know much about ocean acidification before seeing this presentation. It is interesting in learning about how carbon emissions effect the atmosphere as well as the ocean. I believe it is as concerning as global warming sense it affects the ecosystems in the water. It will also lead to affecting human life, so this is something that should be focused on highly.

I had no idea that ocean acidification affected things like shells. Whenever I imagine ocean pollution, I usually think of just trash. I also did not know the ocean absorbed as much as 30% of the world's carbon dioxide. I think ocean acidification is as concerning as global warming. The ocean does make up the majority of the planet after all.

I had never heard of ocean acidification until listening to this presentation so thanks for sharing! Considering how much of a role the ocean plays in our ecosystem, I would definitely think that ocean acidification is as concerning as global warming. It's also interesting that this huge issue is occurring but not many people know about it (including myself!).

I feel ocean acidification is just as important as climate change, as I feel that any way we harm and impact the planet is important and should have a light shone on it. Our emissions have ramifications beyond the longevity of our lives on this planet, it affects the livelihood of every community on this planet.

Always knew the ocean plays a big role in ecosystems but knowing facts with numbers changes perspective on it a lot more.
