This is almost a perfect write-up. I say almost because it is too short. The assignment asks for at least 300 words. Perhaps you could elaborate on how the chapter helps you gain that appreciation for your own circumstance, the internal conflict about your privilege and your hard work, etc. That alone could be pages and pages.
